Monkey See, Monkey Do

Cooper sees Daddy mowing yards pretty often. And often, when Chris is outside mowing, Cooper loves to get his own little lawn mower and mow all over the house. If only I could rig the thing with some suction, I'd have these floors vacuumed in no time!


One night at dinner, Coop decided that he wanted Daddy's corn-on-the-cob. So, he got it. Now, you may be thinking..."Why didn't he just eat his own?" or "What push-overs!" We have had a very hard time getting Cooper to transition to many foods that you actually have to chew. For example, he loves bananas from a jar, but not actual bananas. I still give them to him, but they simply end hurled to the floor with great disgust. Go figure. So, when he wanted the corn, we gave it to him oh so willingly. I think he just wanted to copy Daddy again. We still have a long way to go, but this was progress!
