I'm so bad about posting pics regularly! Here are a few to catch up with the Coopster.
Swinging: One of his new favorite activities is swinging. Gran & Pop got him this swing for his birthday and ever since Daddy hung it up on the deck he's wanted to go outside and swing daily. And, weather permitting, we do! Cash is still learning that he can't walk right in front of him without getting plowed.
Stirring the Pot: Another favorite activity is playing in the kitchen pantry. I've given in and rearranged things to make it Cooper-friendly. (He had already started rearranging it anyway!)He will bang and carry around the plastic pots and wooden spoons for a long time!

What a goofball!

What a goofball!
"Who, me?"

Anything for a laugh!
Helping Mommy: Recently, Cooper got really frustrated with me when I was trying to sweep the floors. HE wanted to do it and kept trying to grab the broom and dustpan from me. Note to self: Reserve sweeping for naptime hours until he's old enough to actually do it for me.
I had an idea though. For some reason I ended up with 2 of those Swiffer duster handles. So I decided to see if he'd help me. At first, he just enjoyed waving it around, much like his beloved wooden spoon. Then I showed him what I was doing, and he caught on really quickly! I can't say that his duster "collected" much dust from the items he chose to clean (the empty coffee table, his cardboard box fort...), but he had a great time and was no longer complaining.
Score one for Mommy!
