Easter resurrected!

Well, Easter was wonderful, but since I sing in the choir and Chris plays in the orchestra, it was also incredibly busy. We left for church before 7:00am and checked Coop into the nursery by 7:30am. Then we sang/played for all 3 services before heading to the Chaddricks' for lunch at around noon. On our way to their house, the heavens opened and poured down on us! Luckily we had one umbrella and Pa met us at the car with another one upon our arrival. The twins were already eating when we arrived, too hungry to wait any longer. Poor things! They'd had an exciting morning, too. The excitement of being around grandparents and cousins wore off a little quicker than usual as Coop, too got hungry. After lunch, kids were getting tired and cranky fast. So, into comfy clothes and off to naptime.
It was then that I realized that we had not slowed down to take even one picture of our child in his nice Easter clothes! Rats! I admitted my mommy failure on my Facebook page last night, and got a great idea from my friend Missy--"Dress him up tomorrow and fake it!"

So... I did! (Except for the shoes. Putting shoes on means we're going outside. And due to yesterday's downpour, outside is still a little mushy. Nice clothes and mushy outside don't go together too well.)
Here are the results:

Happy Easter!

Can I eat it?

Hey there....How you doin'?

I am a wild and crazy guy!

A bunny? Laying eggs? That's ridiculous!!

But seriously...Happy Resurrection Day!
