Happy Easter!

Hello Spring! We've missed you so! Coop got a Sand & Water Table for his birthday (actually, he got 2 of them--one from each set of grandparents. Mommy will do a better job of communicating next time...). Anyway...he is finally getting to play in the nice weather! This one has 2 wheels and an umbrella & works like a cart so I can tote it to any spot in the yard.

Coop and Daddy got to sleep late over Spring Break (what a faker!)




Easter was wonderful, but very busy. Since Chris and I serve in the choir and orchestra at our church, we had to be there VERY early and stay for all 3 services. They were all wonderful worship experiences! We sent Coop home after the first service with the Chaddricks (Thanks Grandma & Pa!) so he could enjoy time with the family and a yummy lunch. Chris and I finished in time to pick Coop up, grab a "to-go" plate, and head home for naptime.
So...no family photos of us all dressed lovely this year. :{

But...The day before Easter, we met with our Life Group from our SS class and had a little Easter fun:

First the kids dyed Easter eggs...Coop wasn't really into it at first...



But after watching his buddy, Deacon,
he got the hang of it and was very excited!

but his were the most beautiful eggs of all!



Next, the kids were ushered inside to hear the Easter story while the adults "hid" 300+ treat-filled eggs. You had to be careful where you walked!
