This Sunday Cooper got to meet my Uncle Gary. He had to fly in from Lubbock for an appointment and got the added bonus of some Cooper-time! The only regret is that he couldn't hold him due to his shoulder injury. But, the next time we see him, I'm sure he'll get a hold of Coop! Gary's oldest son, Josh and his wife Jackie have a son named Noah who just turned a year old in March. We can't wait to see him and Cooper play together! Their first chance will likely be in November at Gary's other son's wedding. Congratulations, Jake & Callie, on your engagement!
(Note: Josh & Jake are my cousins that I "babysat" while attending Texas Tech in Lubbock. You know you're getting old when...)
