Four months old!

Cooper had his four month check-up yesterday. Dr. Bornstein says he's doing great! He weighed 13.9 lbs, which is only in the 25th percentile. But, he was 26 1/4 inches long, which is in the 90th percentile. Basically, he's long & lean, and very healthy. :) The bad part of the visit was the immunizations. Cooper screamed bloody murder, again, but not for as long this time. And, he wasn't screaming-fussy all night like last time either. Yahoo! One of his favorite things now is to sit up. While he can't do so unassisted, he prefers this position. If you do lay him on his back, he will promptly flip over to his tummy so he can see his surroundings better. He also loves to pull up to a standing position--usually after a diaper change, as seen here. Note the Band-aids marking the shot locations and the dab of blood. Daddy's says it makes him look tough.
